Yes, absolutely. Many families begin with errand coordination or check-ins and later add the home comfort assessment once they have a clearer sense of what would help. There is no requirement to take everything at once.

Details about your relative are shared only with the family members you designate. We do not pass information to outside parties and we discuss how updates are formatted and sent before any arrangement begins.

We ask for reasonable notice — usually a few days — when adjusting the scope or frequency of a service. Circumstances change in every family, and we are accustomed to working flexibly as needs shift over time.
