The Situation

Both adult children live in KL and work demanding hours. Their mother in JB was managing independently but the grocery runs had become irregular and a few appointments were missed when transport fell through.

What Restu Did

Set up a weekly errand plan with a shared calendar and confirmation messages. Transport for monthly appointments was arranged on a recurring basis with the family notified each time.

After Three Months

No missed appointments since January. The family estimates they spend around two hours less per week managing calls about logistics. The mother describes the arrangement as convenient and unobtrusive.

The Situation

An elderly father returning to JB after a year with family in Singapore. The house had not been occupied for a year and the family wanted to ensure the layout was sensible before he moved back.

What Restu Did

Conducted an on-site assessment across all regularly used rooms. Produced a room-by-room layout plan with furniture repositioning suggestions, a lighting improvement list, and recommendations for two simple organising additions in the kitchen.

Outcome

Changes were implemented over a weekend. The follow-up visit confirmed the kitchen and bedroom adjustments worked well. The family noted that none of the changes required purchases over RM 200 total.
